It’s a constant battle between pro-life and pro-choice supporters nationwide. Abortions will take place whether there are restrictions or not, which is why it’s important to provide this procedure as an option to women. Roe Vs. Wade should not be overturned, because it continues with the protection of women’s rights, it reduces maternity deaths due to self-induced abortions, and it ensures that women remain in control of their body.

Because of this, many individuals agree based on what they believe is right. Without having to rely on one another. Scientifically it is unknown when an unborn child is considered a “human-being”. This then would give the mother the right to decisions on her pregnancy. Therefore, abortion should be dependent on the mother herself, and should be an open option for her. As a matter of fact, it all comes down to what is best for a mother and decisions best for suitable for them.

Similarly, restrictions on abortion should not be placed if it is not compatible with science and statistics, as well as with the health and rights of a woman and her decisions.
