A. Physical (Biological) Processes

It shows that both participant influence their emotion through the use of music and help them to relive their mood or when they’re sick.

In the Normative development, participants had the same response music gives them companion whenever they are alone and can benefit in both physical or in psychological mental concerns. While in Idiographic development the two participants had definite differences in terms of their hobby, it shows that participant A had the strong relation along with the music while participant B had less relation with music. Based on Good Therapy (2015) state that means it can be applied in the treatment of concerns both physical and psychological and therapeutic use of music has been able to help people in ways.

B. Psychomotor Processes

For this processes the participant’s mental and physical development had shown or the findings of the result indicate that the participants has both response about the use of music from environment in the indoors and outdoors activity of psychomotor processes questions.

In terms of the Normative development, in terms of capability of using music, both of the participant response says that they’re likely to dance or they are having fun when they heard a song that catches their ears that’s why they are at ease with the music and they dance along with the tune of sounds. While in Idiographic development, participant A is more into or bond in music because she loves singing and also, she is a choir back the while participant B is not much in singing in terms of the music. According to Holmes & Cheung (2014) Songs in their diverse forms can be used in social work and counselling practices to help clients find meanings in life and in addressing feelings through singing out their creation through familiar music in individual or group counselling. Song can be portrayed through dance just further enhancing the relationship they share. A song in itself can evoke so many emotions through its lyrics, but when combined with dance the impact it leaves can last a lifetime The (Essence of Dance, 2015).

C. Cognitive Processes

In the Normative development, both of the participant response has state in involving knowledge with completeness of thoughts through listening in the music. They have the both knowledge about the music therapy that it reduces sadness or heal people with anxiety. It also show that music helps in terms with their school performances because the lyrics is so full cheerful words and they’re having hope or to cope with their problems because music motivate them. While in Idiographic development, they have the different answers that participant A is more likely listen to music and it depends of her mood on what genre of music that she will going to listen while participant B she is more likely to listen love songs because of her love affection. According to Thomas, Monika, Eva Phan, Hannah & Monika (2019) with the findings of a study on the acceptance of specific complementary and alternative medicine modalities, where acceptance was highest for music therapy and the other symptoms and improve quality of life with the use of music therapy. Also based on Good Therapy (2015) music can evoke positive emotions and stimulate reward centers in the brain, music therapy is often able to alleviate symptoms of mental health. This fact, combined with the engaging nature of music and the diversity of music forms, makes music uniquely effective in the treatment of a wide array of physical and mental problems, including depression, anxiety etc.

D. Socio-emotional Processes

In the Normative development, both of the participant asked about that if they are more likely to sing along or jam with their friends of family along with the music, both participants says yes that there are more active when the music plays and they are enjoying the companion with the use of music and have the dual impact because of the music and also they are with their friends. It gave them a good relationship with their environment. Their actions or behaviour shows that the use of music therapy useful for everyone who is suffering from deep sadness because it’s like stress reliever for the both of the participants. They see music therapy as a good way to reduce pain and changes mood. While in Idiographic development, they had a unique relation with their environment and the participant says that her emotions or sad feeling lessen with the use of music that have a good beat and lyrics while participant B is it depends on what music is playing whether she will be happy or sad. Based on Medecines (2019) This study suggested that the efficacy of music therapy with relaxation technique for improving the students’ stress management can be consistent at follow-up also Thomas S., Peter S., Christine S., & David H. (2013) music therapy help individuals in self-awareness + arousal and mood regulation.

E. Moral and Spiritual Processes

According to the findings that the researcher gathered it indicates that the participants have the same capacity of forming judgements about what is morally good.

In the Normative development, both of the participant response has the same that music therapy plays an important role in everyone’s lives especially in people with mental disorders. The music influenced their human character to be able to be a positive thinker on every circumstance that they’ve encountered and they learn to cope with difficulties in life. While in Idiographic development, they had a unique way of applying in their daily living, participant A says that music help or to boost her to cope with school works that she will continue life whenever there’s a hardship while participants B says that music gives her love or to grow her love with a person because music has a deep meaning to her. According to researcher Joy C. (1993) music therapy was an effective tool for increasing self-esteem in adolescents diagnosed as conduct disordered also music may be important in increasing self-esteem for the disadvantaged student who has problems. Daniel L., & Thilo H. (2017) music can cheer us up and music can be considered an emerging treatment option for mood disorders that has not yet been explored to its full potential.
